Lost 40 pounds!
I've been dieting and i lost 40 pounds so far! I am down to 190.
Here are some tips that i can share:
1) Eat whatever you want, just not too much of it. Have an ice cream here and there. I don't drink diet soda.
2) ALternate diets. Do the south beach, then no carb, then low cal, then vegetarian, etc. When one stops working switch to another one. Also, don't diet all the time. One of the big things i noticed is that when you stop eating so much, the amount you can cram into your stomach will shrink considerably.
3) Try making really good meals that take a lot of time. Osso Buco, handmade pasta, steak diane, etc. All good dishes that take a while to make but are worth it.
4) Exercise at least once a day. This doesn't have to be a marathon, although those are good too. walk for 30 minutes, go on a treadmill, whatever.
5) Cut out a lot of meat. Meat makes you feel tired and fat. Save meat for "special occasions".

Worst movies ever
According to IMDB, the worst movie ever made was "Baby Geniuses 2". I haven't seen it so i will list the ones i have seen:
House of the dead: I didn't mind it that much. It wasn't the best movie ever.
Leonard part 6: Kind of stupid, but cute
Kazzam: Shaquile o'neil as a genie, i liked it :)
Meatballs 3: Very stupid
It's Pat: Even Stupider
Battlefield Earth: Oh dear god yes. Worst movie ever made.
Police acadamy mission to moscow: Stupid waste of time.
Santa Claus conquers the martians: Boring. Stupid.
Spice world: I actually liked it a bit. Very weird and kind of stupid but fun.

super loser Jamal Derrar
"CRETEIL, France (Reuters) -- A French court sentenced a man to 25 years in prison on Saturday for burning to death a teenage girl in a garbage depot in a Parisian suburb"
The man is 23 years old. When the verdict was issued, he replied:
"I'm afraid. I know I'm going to spend my youth in prison, I'm not proud of that. I feel ashamed,".
He didn't even mention the fact that burning a woman alive for not going out with him was wrong. She had a boyfreind and he knew that when he killed her.
She was 17 and he was 18 when the incident occured.
Jamal Derrar, for your actions i award you with the title of "Super loser of 2006". I would wait for the year to end for someone to top you but i doubt very much if that will be possible.
I hope he dies in jail, alone and miserable.

Harry potter goblet of fire
I loved the movie. Herminie is gorgeous, Ron is a total dink who's starting to look like prince harry. (Harry Pothead and the bong of doom?)
Harry is played excellently and seems to be the only charecter who hasn't drastically changed.
The movie is great but it might be a bit much for young kids, especially the part where moaning myrtle tries to get a look at harry's naked bits. Naughty ghost :o

Peacekeepers
There's a big thing on about peacekeepers now in the middle east. We have:
Jill Carroll: The sensible one. She got kidnapped and says her captors are horrible people who threatened her with death if she didn't say anti-american slogans. She wasn't big on the "Anti-america" angle before she was kidnapped and isn't big on it now.
James Loney: He's not too keen on the kidnappers but isn't exactly a usa cheerleader. He's been criticized for being at the wrong place at the wrong time. He thanked the forces for freeing him.
Harmeet Singh Soden: Total idiot. He's on the side of the people that kidnapped him. Go team Go. He is so disgusted with Canada having troops in afghanistan that he's planning to emigrate to New Zealand. What a complete fool.
So here we have three different responses to a crisis. Jill came out looking the best, criticizing her captors. Loney took a held back approach, realizing that if his captors knew he was gay they would probably have skinned him alive. Soden's approach of criticizing his rescuers is completely insane.
